How do I place an order?
Simply choose your color/size/option from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the "Add To Cart" button and proceed to checkout.
What currency is used on Ultraenvy???????.com?
All of our prices displayed on our website are in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues & processes the transaction.
What type of Payments do you accept?
At Ultraenvy, we accept PayPal, Debit and all major credit cards. These include:

- Diners Club
- Discover Card
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship thousands of products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
Do you offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?
Absolutely! If you sign up to our mailing list as a first time customer you will receive a 10% OFF coupon code to use at checkout on your first purchase which can be used for any full priced or sales items available.

Do I get an order confirmation email?
We automatically send you a confirmation email once you completed the checkout process. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to forward for immediate shipment.
Please make sure to type your email address correctly. If you didn't receive one, please do not worry. You can try these instead:
- Check your eMail Spam folder (often confirmation emails land there)
- Check your bank statement
- Or you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order details.
I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email...What's going on?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. This is a known issue for hotmail, msn, aol & some yahoo users. Gmail works the best when receiving important emails! ;-)
You can also contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.
If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, our experienced staff will update your contact info and resend you the order confirmation for your reference.
I did not apply the coupon code. What can I do?
Discount codes are not applied automatically and need to be entered during the checkout process. Unfortunately a coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. We want you to get those savings, so please be sure to remember to apply your code before finalizing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes can not be combined. Only (1) coupon per order can be applied. Coupon codes are received by email and must be used within the timeframe mentioned.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days of payment.
USA Orders: Delivery typically takes 10-18 days after an item ships. Orders are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service)
International Orders: Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after an item ships, sometimes faster.
Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. In some cases international shipping can take up to 8 weeks. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas, weather conditions, natural disasters and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers.
We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.
We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.
Please DO NOT order if you need an item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that after a purchase is made on our website, unforunately, we CANNOT cancel your order as we send it to our warehouse for processing immediately. Once the order is placed, it is permanently in our system.
CHANGES: We process orders the same day they are placed and changes can only be made up until then. If you notice a typo in shipping address, after you receive your confirmation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change for you, but we cannot make any promises. Once your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center, we no longer have the ability to make changes the order.
Is there a tracking number?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number + shipping address so our customer service team can assist you. When we are unable to provice tracking for certain international orders, our company guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations so there is no need to worry. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.
For orders within North America, a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment is available upon request and normally become available in the system after about 7-10 business after your package has sent out. What are some of the other tracking sites for worldwide orders?
My tracking number doesn't exist? What?
For International orders or orders saying the tracking doesn't exist, Please double check your tracking number is correct, secondly, make sure its your tracking number not your order number! Your tracking number is sent via email as your item is shipped.
I ordered multiple items but only part of my order arrived. Why?
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so you don't have to pay high taxes on your items.
We have a large assortment of products and source them from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

This allows us to save our customers additional shipping + packaging costs. We are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service. Where are your products from?

If you ordered one item only and it's double billed, please send us your order ID number for us to review and issue a refund.
Ultraenvy, is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Ultraenvy, will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package OR no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, Ultraenvy, reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refunds.
What is your return policy?
We firmly stand behind all of our products. We will provide a full refund or replacement if you did not receive your order or if your order arrived damaged. Please find specific details in our Refund & Return Policy.
Is the product the same as in the photo?
Yes, all photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the items color may be slightly different from the image.
My item has been delivered to an incorrect mailbox or deliveries that are stolen once signed for?
We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered (E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if a replacement item is needed.
How secure is my personal information?
Ultraenvy adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) with an industry standard 256-bit encryption technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. This is the same level of encryption used by multinational banks to keep your information safe and secure.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
I am unsure of which size I should get?
Our clothing fits true to size. If your little one is chubby we recommend ordering the next size up to be on the safe side. If you are unsure and need measurements or if one specific product you have your eye one doesn't have a size chart pictured, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can assist you with this.
What are the washing instructions?
Most of our clothing can be machine washed in a light cold cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out. Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc. should be hand washed and hung or laid flat to dry. We also recommend knitted items to be hand washed as well.
